　　引用特許分析サービス　　　

　特許審査で引用される特許（被引用特許）を利用して，企業分析や
個々の特許の価値を分析するものです。なお，被引用特許データが特許
の重要性を反映しているかどうかについては，これまでも多くの報告が
あります。

ＵＳＰ（米国特許）が中心ですが，一部のサービスは日本特許でも可能です。
ＵＳＰでは以下のようなサービスが可能です。
・各年の全ＵＳＰを対象に，（現時点までの）被引用回数のリストアップ（FCMax表）
　各年の最も重要な特許はどのようなものか知ることができます。
　　　　※１年間の全登録十数万件の被引用回数を調査し全件の被引用回数の多い順に並べた
　　　データがございます。1995年〜1997年まで。
・企業ごとの毎年の全特許を対象に，被引用回数のリストアップ（FCMax表）
　その企業の特許の中で重要な特許のリストアップ（出願人別FCMax表）
　実例；下記は1995年登録のIBM社の全特許のFCMax表の一部（上位数件）です。

・ある条件の検索結果の全特許を対象に，被引用回数のリストアップ（技術別FCMax表）
　その技術の中で重要な特許のリストアップ
・特許番号ごとの被引用特許を引用している出願人ごと発行年ごとの表（FCAマップ）
・類似内容の複数の特許の合計での上記の表（FCAマップ）

　下記はＩＢＭ社のUSP/5386567のFCAマップの実例です。被引用特許を多く出願して
いる上位２５社まで表示してあります。
　表の上には，この特許自体とその特許の審査で引用している特許を表示し，表の中に
は，この特許を引用している（この特許が引用されている）特許を，多い出願人の順に，
発行年ごとに表示してあります。
いずれも特許番号をクリックするとUSPTO（米国特許庁）につながって明細書を見られます。

　　　このFCAマップを見ると，対象特許がその後どのように引用されているか知る
　　ことができ，特許の売込みなどの参考情報を得ることができます。例えば，この
　　特許の場合，Cisco社などに売り込みを検討することも価値がありそうです。
