平成３年の公告公報の入手　 H16.1.9　Ｈ14.9.19

以下の問題は、H15年に解決ました。現在（H16.1.9）の状況


　特公平３−１２３４を取り寄せようと思って、JP3001234B と入力すると、PatentWebからは 登録公報の３００１２３４が出力されます。
入力はJP3-1234Bでも可能ですので、それでやってみても結果は同じです。いずれにしろ、これは誤りです。（Micro Patent社は気が付いて対策をしているようです。）






　これは平成３年の３と、登録公報の３００万台の数字が区別できなくなっていることが原因と思われます。平成３年以外では起きていないようです。

　例えば、特公平２−１２３４が欲しいときJP2001234Bと入力すると正しいものが出力できます。

　登録公報は2,500,001から公報として出ています。したがって、特公平2-501234が欲しいと思って、JP2501234Bと入力すれば登録公報の2501234が出力されます。しかし、毎年の公告公報は10万件前後ですから特公平2-501234という番号は存在せず、通常の利用ではこの問題は起きません。


※日本の公告特許番号は様々な入力フォーマットが利用できます。上記に書いたことも合わせて以下にまとめておきます。なお，Bは公告公報という意味であり、B2も同じです。

試みに番号指定のとき、JP1990-123Bとjp90-123Bを入力すると、下記のように20001234B2と同じであり、さらにjp90-123Bも同じだと言うメッセージがでます。




参考・・・特許公報が存在しない特許番号（例えば特許2,5000,000など）を入力すると、データベースに蓄積されていないとして、下記のような案内が表示されます。
